The aim of this proposal is to assess the Forest Management Plans for several public forest stands in Santa Colomba de Curueño, in León, Northern Spain, with a total area of 6.015,17 ha.

This project was conducted to write down the first revision of the Dasocratic Plan for Colomba de Curueño municipality, which ended in October 2003. The plan finished in December 2017, when the revision took place.

This forest management plan will regulate the use of natural resources and the main conservation tasks. Based on this plan, a number of actions will be proposed to ensure the persistence of the stands against major risks like fires, windthrows, pests or snowfalls.
